At RCU Designs, we strive to provide the highest quality customized embroidery products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Custom Orders
Because each custom order is unique and made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom embroidery products unless there is a defect in workmanship or an error in the customization due to our mistake.
3. Return and Exchange Conditions
We will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
4. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at Rhoyalcreationsunlimited@outlook.com within the specified time frame to request a return or exchange authorization. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item to us. We
Shipping: For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For non-custom returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or error. If approved, send a replacement within 7 business days.
