RCU Designs Terms and Conditions

Welcome to RCU Designs! By accessing or purchasing from our website, social media shop, or through direct invoice, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  1. General Information

RCU Designs is a women-owned, home-based embroidery business located in Bonaire, Georgia. All products are custom-made and designed with care. By ordering from RCU Designs, you acknowledge that handmade items may have slight variations that make each piece unique.

  1. Orders and Payment
  • Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

  • Custom orders must include all necessary design details at the time of purchase to avoid delays.
  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.
  1. Processing and Shipping
  • All orders are processed within 10–14 business days after payment is received and details are confirmed.
  • Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on carrier and destination.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.
  • RCU Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather conditions.
  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
  • Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • RCU Designs reserves the right to assess and approve or deny any replacement requests.
  1. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following provided care instructions to ensure the longevity of embroidered and appliqué products. RCU Designs is not liable for damage resulting from improper care or washing.

  1. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and images on RCU Designs products, website, and social media platforms are the intellectual property of RCU Designs. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of any design is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

RCU Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to shipping errors, delays, or damage during transit.

  1. Privacy Policy

Customer information is used solely for order processing, communication, and shipping. RCU Designs does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

  1. Updates to Terms

RCU Designs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website or social platforms.
